DIL PE KISI KA
Dil Pe Kisi Ka Koi Asar Nahi Hota
Koi Apni Zindagi Se Yu Bekhabar Nahi Hota
Kyon Iss Tarah Se Udas Rahta Hai Ae DiL
Koi Kisi Ka Hamesha To Rahbar Nahi Hota
Agar Vishwas Hi Nahi Hai Tujhe Us Par To
Duaaon Ka Koi Asar Nahi Hota
Jaha Se Chale The Wahi Aah Aa Pahuche
Aisa To Zindagi Ka Safar Nahi Hota
Pyaar-Mohbbat,Dile Sukun Bhi Jaruri Hain
Eent-Gaare Se Koi Makan Ghar Nahi Hota
Sabki Apni Apni Manzil Hoti Hain
Sath Chalne SE Koi Hamsafar Nahi Hota

- Tension
- Too much work
- Illness
- Poor Diet
- Dry Scalp
- Hair treatments (like bleaching and etc)
So now you know few of many ways you might be loosing your hair. But how can you prevent them from falling?? Just follow these steps below: (Note before using any tips below one must consult their doctor to check an see if these tips are safe to be used on themselves. blog owner is not responsible for any damage. Readers themselves will be held responsible for their actions)
- · Shampoo regularly. Remember, a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP.
- · Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth.
- · A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.
- · Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday.
- · Use a very mild shampoo and condition your hair at least twice a week. When you do, make sure you rinse out the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise residue build-up will cause your hair to look limp and dull.
- · Know your vitamins! IRON is important for healthy hair and brittle, limp hair indicates an iron deficiency. Spinach has a good iron content, so gulp it down!
- · ZINC helps prevent hair loss and greying. Eat adequate zinc rich foods. Overweight people tend to have zinc deficiency, which is inversely related to the body mass index. Thus if you are overweight and if your hair falls too much, you may want to increase your intake of zinc containing foods. Recipes containing stone ground, wholegrain flour are rich in zinc.
- · A shortfall in VITAMIN B may cause dandruff, falling hair, loss of colour and could encourage grey hair. So B group Vitamins are essential for gloss, colour and thickness.
- · VITAMIN C ensures the health of capillaries supplying blood to hair follicles. Make sure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
- · VITAMIN E encourages hair growth. Switch from refined flours to wholemeal and wheatgerm, eggs, vegetable oil.
- · COPPER stops hair from falling. Studies show that the copper content in the blood serum of people with falling hair is less than normal. Different types of alopecia (falling hair) are seen to have a deficiency of this important trace element. Include small quantities of nuts, especially cashews and peanuts, seeds, whole milk and beans in your diet as these contain minute but important amounts of copper.
Homemade remedies for preventing hair fall:
- Apply almond oil on scalp and massage.
- Grind fenugreek seeds in water and apply on your scalp. Wash off after 40 minutes. Do this every morning for a month ¡V if it suits you! Remember, different treatments suit different types of hair.
- Massage warm castor oil + almond oil into your scalp gently. Wrap a hot towel around your scalp so it gets absorbed into the hair. Do this twice a week for healthy, shiny hair.
- Add 2-3 drops of honey to a glass of water and use this as the last rinse after shampooing.
Quick Hair Care Conditioner
Mix 1 egg, 2 tbs castor oil, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp glycerine. Beat until frothy and massage lightly into your scalp. Wrap your head in a hot towel, steam, then wash off. This conditioner makes hair thicker, shiny, soft and manageable.
Honey Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs (depending on the length of the hair), 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Massage gently into the scalp. Steam, and shampoo after an hour.
Alcohol Conditioner
Beat 1-2 eggs with 2 tsp brandy. Massage into your scalp. Leave for 10-15 mins. Rinse well. The egg nourishes your hair and brandy stimulates hair growth.

Teri Tasweer
Teri tasweer meri ankhon main basee kyun hai
Jidhar dekho bus udhar tu hi kyun hai
Teri yadoon say wabasta meri takdeer hai lekin
tujhe naa paa ker meri takdeer roothi kyun hai
Mujh ko hai khaber asaan nahin tujhe haasil karna
phir bhi yeh intizaar yeh bekarari kyun hai
Barson guzar gaye meray tanhayee main lekin
Meri baanhon ko aaj bhi tera intizaar kyun hai
Teri chahat ki kasam khoon kay aansoon royaa hon
Ab nahin hai kuch bakee phir yeh jaan bakee kyun hai
Khatam huwa mera yeh afsana ek baat batadoo lekin
Anjaam tha malooom mujh ko phir yeh muhabbat kyun hai
Jidhar dekho bus udhar tu hi kyun hai

Most of us may not care how much chemicals are being released in atmosphere everyday and how damaging they are to our earth climate cycle. But people now have started to wonder about the rapid changes of climate all over the world. Countries which never or rarely had snowfall are now experiencing snowfall every year.
According to CNN "Wherever you may be today, there's a good chance you're walking in a winter wonderland. Mostly because it isn't safe to drive or fly."
Heavy rainfall are becoming issue in the countries which rely mainly on agriculture. And during summer when temperatures reach to their max drought becomes a global problem. By reducing the amount of vegetation it creates shortage in world food supply thus creating a big problem.
It times now to act, to join hand and to figure out how to save this planet.

DREAM ACT FAILS IN SENATE
Procedural vote on DREAM Act fails in Senate
By the CNN Wire Staff December 18, 2010 1:06 p.m. EST
By the CNN Wire Staff December 18, 2010 1:06 p.m. EST
Washington (CNN) -- A bill that offers a path to citizenship to some illegal immigrants who entered the United States as children failed a procedural vote in the Senate on Saturday.
Known formally as the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act, the DREAM Act fell five votes short of the 60 needed to be considered for final passage.
The measure passed in the House earlier this month by a vote of 216-198.
In a statement released shortly after the vote, President Obama called it "an incredibly disappointing vote."
"A minority of senators prevented the Senate from doing what most Americans understand is best for the country. There was simply no reason not to pass this important legislation," Obama said in a statement. "It is disappointing that common sense did not prevail today."
The president vowed to continue to fight for the legislation, which would offer legal standing to immigrants who entered the United States illegally as children under the age of 16 and have lived in the country for at least five years.
Other requirements include graduating from high school or obtaining a General Education Development diploma and demonstrating "good moral character."
Even then, only a six-year conditional status would be awarded. Before moving to the next phase, the students would need to meet additional requirements -- attending college or serving in the military for at least two years, and passing criminal background checks.
Proponents, such as Obama and Democratic leaders, say the bill would give legal standing to young people brought to the United States who have bettered themselves and served their new country.
Democratic senators lined up Saturday to excoriate their Republican colleagues and assure Latino supporters they won't give up on the legislation. Several made reference to busloads of Texas students who drove all night from Austin to witness the vote.
"America is a country where dreams are made, not crushed. And today dreams were crushed," U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-California) said. "My message to these young people is 'never fear,' we're not going anywhere. We're going to continue to fight because this is the right thing to do."
Republicans, such as Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, called the measure an amnesty on Saturday before the vote to invoke cloture -- which would end or limit debate.
"If we pass this amnesty, we will signal to the world that we're not serious about the enforcement of our laws or our borders," Sessions said. "It will say, you make plans -- you can make plans to bring in your brother, your sister, your cousin, your nephew, your friend, into the country illegally as a teenager, and there will be no principled reason in the future for the next congress then sitting to not pass another "dream" act. And it will only be a matter of time before that next group illegally here will make the same heartfelt pleas that we hear today."
Republicans who voted to advance the bill were Sens. Bob Bennett of Utah, Richard Lugar of Indiana and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. Democrats against it included Max Baucus and Jon Tester of Montana, Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Kay Hagan of North Carolina, and Mark Pryor of Arkansas.
