These days people are worried about the amount of fat they are consuming and they should be. Clinical studies have found that healthy diet have several benefits to how one look, feel, and live. Below are 6 basic food which can help you to fight fat.

ALMONDS

By following a simple diet and including 3 ounces of these nuts have shown reduction of weight and body mass by 18 percent in people who are trying to loose fat. These nuts are high in aplha-linolenic acid, which speeds up the metabolism of fat.

BERRIES
Vitamin loaded fruits such as berries can help you loose 30% more fat during exercise. These fruits are low in fat and high in vitamin which turns out to be perfect for snacks. It is found that some of these berries have vitamin which can help in preventing your cells from absorbing fat.

CINNAMON

My grandmonther used to sprinkle cinnamon powder on every meal she use to take. And now its proven by scientific studies that cinnamon can help fight fat and cholesterol. To help yourself getting in shape and having that slim waist line add 1/4 of teaspoon with your meal.

MUSTARD

One of the key ingredient in making mustard and giving its yellowish color is turmeric powder. Turmeric have been clinically proven to have several benefits. From skin care to fat loosing, turmeric have been by Indians from centuries. 

ORANGES

Oranges contains citrus and other fat-torching compounds such as flavones. People following a proper diet and including citrus fruit in their diet have shown a significant increase in preventing increase in body fat.

 SWEET POTATOES

High in fiber these vegetable can help you satisfy you hunger better than anything else. Plus less fat stack up in you hips. By adding a little low-fat yoghurt or non-fat cheese can you delight up your snack time or even a meal and save all those calories you may consume from over eating.
